General description:
  • 2 board design, logic and power output
  • Extremely compact, approximately 10" W x 11" H x 3" D, including mounting plate. Dimensions do not including DIN mount power supply, circuit breaker, surge protector or all weather cabinet
  • Built in GPS receiver for precise traffic synchronization without any interconnect between controllers
  • Pre-assembled logic and power board(s) on galvanized steel mounting plate for simple installation in new or existing cabinets
  • Hinged logic board for easy access to power board fuses without turning off AC power
  • 2-part field wiring connectors. Fast replacement of logic and/or power board without disconnecting individual field wires
  • Windows based, multi-language, graphic programming software included at no additional charge. Our software makes programming complex intersections easy
  • Datakey Token programming system to move programs form PC to the controller without a communication cable

  • 4 phases per power board. Up to two power boards can be connected to a single logic board for a maximum of 8 phases per controller
  • Nominal 120 VAC, 240 VAC and 12 VDC power boards available
  • Fused AC inputs, lamp outputs and 12 VDC inputs
  • 12 amp, 600 volt triacs on AC power boards
  • Large extruded aluminum heatsink
  • LED indicators for each lamp output
  • Blown fuse monitor circuit, selectable on each RED output
  • Separate forced flash circuit, not tied to microprocessor, enabled by blown fuses, microprocessor failure and/or external Trafictec Conflict Monitor Unit commands
  • Two part field wiring connectors. No need to remove individual wires to change the entire board
